here is my table , the car on it is my 500 horse power Subaru lol ,, it gets stored behind the drivers seat as it sits between the seat and the sink area and doesn't move around when there

Good price that mate - spray job alone for the whole van is about £2.4k :ok Check all your inner sills as well as will be worth getting these done if your having all the other bits sorted. Put up some pics of the progress. yeah I will as it will get whatever it needs to stop the rust coming though ...

I thought it was a good price once I looked up how much all the panels will cost as I want most of them replaced if not all that are available :ok :ok

well its not quite under way just yet but iv been to my bodyshop with my van and had a quote for the work involved plan is to more or less cut every outer panel off the van and have them replace them with new items , also replace all window rubbers , grills and any other outer parts for new or refur...

if you have all the parts from a already converted van then id say do it yourself as you should be able to do most of it in a day or two :ok

could be quite a few things really ,, start with the idle control valve , cleaning with parts cleaner ,, could be a 02 sensor on its way out but id start on the valve ,, have you had any fault codes come up ?

What happens if you' get a puncture . Would it be ok to have 2 different size tyres on the rear . Or would you carry 2 spare wheels :D I am only carrying one spare wheel for the front and hoping I never get a puncture on the back, if I do I will be driving home slowly couple of can of tyre weld mig...

have cut and joined I don't know how many sensors on Subarus without any adverse affects :D Bury your head in the sand if you like. It says volage is defined by difference so as the voltage switches between high and low, I guess it's possible it would run slightly leaner or richer and you would not...
