Cu engine blowing back through carb on L/H bank.
Can’t work this one out. Engine has twin Webber carbs. Valve lifters replaced 1k miles ago because of same fault. Head replaced because it dropped a valve seat 500 miles ago. Luckily the seat stayed in one piece so no piston/bore damage. Mixture, timing etc all spot on. Now it’s doing it again. Help...

Hi All, My 2L CU had this plate fitted when I first got it but it was rusted out. When I dropped the motor to fit a new clutch it fell apart. The engine has always tended to run a bit hot, (110C but peaking at 130C whe stuck in traffic). Maybe this has summit to do with it. Be interested to find a r...
