Seats have been tested on the bench and have extended the wires.
Lumbar, seat position heating all have different wires, so plan is to next run those wires to fuses then tap into to the fuse box at fuse 7
Spring has sprung and winter ideas need acting on :? I've bought a couple of Mazda rx8 seats and am half way through fitting them, holes are drilled out and happy with the position. So my mind has now turned to supplying them with power, they don't really need power, but would be nice to have the he...
I bought a side elevating poptop over the weekend, in quite a bad state, but nothing TLC won't fix. Just trying to figure out the make and somewhere to get parts from. Plan is to get the poptop in good order, then take my hightop off ...... I need to read and research first. Good luck with your conv...
While cleaning and bodging I notice a slight leak at the base of the pump, not the pump its self but the dodah below it is cracked. Only a minor grease leak but what it called and is it a brickworks order?
Well if anyone has any tips on fitting parts 2a,2b and 2c, those little monkeys took all the time.

Door window rubbers its the next job on my list, already replaced the window scrapers , now the rest.
Prices are shocking though, any alternatives. Got to be a cheaper option. Failing that I'll patch it up with roofing mastic

Lower mounting pivot points also have to be renewed, tried angle grinding out the old ones but not good.
Another £30 to Brickwerks
Sorry, I have the back plates too and the stubby pin that has to be punched out. Hoping the cylinders are okay and fluid lines. Seen a couple of videos now and it all kinda makes sense. Another squirt of plus gas and have a useful length of scaffolding handy. Off work Tuesday too so lets see what ot...
