T25 Workshop in Hertfordshire
Hi all I have recently moved up near Hitchin and have left my long trusted mechanic on the south coast. Can anyone recommend a T25 friendly mechanic near Hitchin or in Hertfordshire somewhere? I made the mistake of taking the van to an independent for an MOT and it has failed on the handbrake, fuel ...

Extended wheel bolts
Hi guys I have sourced some 16 inch merc mono block alloys for my t25. The centers have been bored out already so they are good to go on but I was wondering if I needed some extended wheel bolts to fit them safely.
Thanks
Thanks

Gear stick referb kit
Hi guys I'm trying to reduce the several miles of travel between my gear changes and was planning to fit a top end gear stick referb kit. I have posted on the Brighton T25 Facebook page to get some tips on fitting and there is some confusion as to if I will need to get under the van to adjust the li...

Re: Bus box
I made a buddy seat/sub concealer with a IKEA hol side table. It looks good and fits nicely behind the passenger seat. I added a seat cushion for comfort and did the lot for about £25. Link if your interested http://m.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/art/70161320/" onclick="window.open(this...

Re: To hubcap or not to hubcap?
I went down the rover p6 route. Managed to get a set of 4 domed caps for a tenner, removed the rover badge, polished them up and they look great. Definitely something to consider if your on a budget.

Re: VW Retro Classics in Hastings
I'm currently having my van prepped for its MOT by Dave at Eastbourne campers and cars. I have had work done there before and been happy with the results/price. They are not to far from Hastings if your still looking for somewhere.

Fuel tank cleaner? http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c229/kev1122/ohno.jpg :D Double face palm! I am forever being suckered into buying additives and cleaners. Be it STP oil treatment or Stop leak I just can't say no to those glistening cans of promise calling out to me at halfords. Have yet to fin...

I just brought a set of these on ebay. Will the rover badges lift off or will they need to be nuked with nitromors?

Awesome thanks kev, and thanks to everyone on the forum that has given me advice on the keeping Bertie on the road. Without this resource my t25 would be on its way to the scrap heap!
