I have the big fibreglass bumpers fitted and don't wont to the wrong one.

Maybe start with the simple easy stuff first. Jack the front of the van up and check all the ball joints and suspension.You never know it could be just a spring creaking Hopefully?

Thinking of fitting a 80 degree thermostat instead of an 87 I have fitted is it worth it?
And has anyone done this! I have found a 75° thermostat but I think this might be to low.

I have fuel leak from the fuel return stub pipe It feels very loose. Is there a easy way to fix it or will I need a new top part of the injector? Need to get it fixed asap book a weekend away!! Well the engine is all in and running nicely the wheels are on with new tyres. I've or so fitted a led reversing floodlight witch works very well. Just a few more jobs to do and I think that's about it for now. Going on the first camping trip next weekend to Cromer can't wait!! http://uploads.tapata...

Engine fitted today and just a couple of things to do tomorrow and the fit oil cooler. Should have the wheels back next week with the new tyres on. Done a bit more work on the engine today, and just waiting on the injectors coming back and I'll have all the parts to finish it. Hoping to put the engine in Saturday? Also made the oil cooler brackets today it will be mounted underneath the van. I feel Like I'm nearly there!! http://uploads.tapatal...

Do you have any play in the shaft up and down movement side to side?

The best thing to do is get under The van with a good torch and inspect the steel power steering pipes front to back. Mine were corroded and leaking badly at the back end, but the front wasn't much better behind the the fuel tank like new. Ended up buying a set flex hoses from brickwerks a lot cheap...

I have these Mercedes penta alloys I'm going to fit they are 15in 7J 23ET.
I won't to fit 205 75 15 and won't to know if they will fit with no trouble.
I have stranded Suspension fitted.
Any info will be a great help.
