Yeah I think the original loom is still there but it’s been hacked about,the original relay in the black box isn’t being used anymore but it’s all still there,the previous owner has fitted an aftermarket relay in the engine bay,the 4mm power cable from the battery now runs to the new relay,I’ve not ...

Yeah it turns over but won’t fire,I am trying to return it to stock and have it work off the key again,I’ve pushed the button in for up to a minute and it still won’t fire

Hi,the previous owner has completely bypassed the original relay and wiring and put a push button on the dash which runs through a really big aftermarket relay in the engine bay,I’d rather do away with all that and go back to stock,I’ve bought a new sender and relay,just waiting on the glow plugs be...

Thanks Steve,the PO wired the glow plugs through a large relay in the engine compartment,the original black box and relay is still there by been by-passed,the yellow light on the dash still comes on and goes off but has no relation to the plugs anymore,I’d rather try and put it back to work on the k...

cigarette lighter fitment?
Hi all,can someone help with a couple of measurements please,has anyone got a LHD late van that's got a factory fitted ciggie lighter?,mine's an 87' crewcab and i'd like to fit the lighter for power,sat nav etc,but i'd like to drill the hole in the right place,thanks Dave

Thanks for the reply,had the fronts off to change the steering rack gators,there was nothing on the hub,unless the spacer was stuck to the back of the wheel and iv'e not noticed it,didn't see any spacers,and they're definitely not rubbing anywhere,weird?,cheers Dave
