Re: rear double glazed window "flap" so warm?

That's good to know, thanks wolfbus.uk! I should be alright now as I went ahead and ordered it anyway, didn't want to miss out before they go out of stock again, although apparently they haven't actually received the delivery of them yet. Thanks also jacko1967 for the heads up on fitting. I'm worrie...

Re: rear double glazed window "flap" so warm?

Thought I'd resurrect this thread as my question seems relevant to it.

Does anyone have a photo of their double glazed rear window with grey tint? The reason I ask is I'd like to fit one to my van but don't want the tint to be too dark.

Thanks
Lewis

Re: Fixed quarter light leak

Hi, The seal is from Brickwerks so I'm confident in the quality. Just seems odd that one side is sitting tight but the other side isn't. Doesn't seem like I can make it sit against the glass any tighter. Might take it out and refit it, see if it's any better. I'm from Kettering Sent from my iPhone u...

Fixed quarter light leak

So I've recently noticed a leak coming from my passengers quarter light window. I replaced all my cab window seals a few months ago. The leak is coming up on the bottom edge between the glass and the seal. The seal also isn't sitting tight against the glass but my driver side is tight against it. Co...

Loosing all power issue. Urgent help please!

Currently sat in a roadside layby on the A361 as the van keeps dying on me. Been driving around the southwest for the past two months and now on the journey home my van keeps loosing all power whilst I'm cruising and about 40-50. The engine doesn't cut out completely until I slow down and pull over....

Re: Dash Lights

Ok. For some reason mine used to flash before I took the dash out. Now after putting it back in, the oil light only seems to flash once quickly on turning the ignition (not starting the engine) and the coolant light not at all. Any ideas as to why this is happening?? All the other LEDS are working f...

Dash Lights

Hi there, I have recently taken off my dash pod to inspect and clean the PCB in the hope that this might cure my oil pressure light going off. So I cleaned it all up as best as I could, gently with a scotch pad. Then on inspection I noticed one of the copper strips that goes into the white 14 pin mu...

Re: Cooling/Radiator Problem

Nah the guy was not familiar with T25s
Just opened the bleed screw and there is a tiny bit of air that came out along with coolant, engine wasn't running, should I check it with the engine running ?
Thanks for your advice, Lewis

Cooling/Radiator Problem

Hi there, I've recently drained and flushed my coolant after seeing the state of the stuff in there before. Its all been re filled and bled according to the guy at the garage I had take a look and advise me. Now on getting it up to temperature, the radiator doesn't seem to be getting hot at all and ...

Service

Hi all, new to the club and joined the forum a few weeks ago. I'm looking at doing my first service on the van this weekend and I'm a bit unsure on what engine oil to be using. I've done some research and various people seem to say various different types. It's a 1986 1.9 watercooled petrol. Any hel...
