Re: Ate caliper anti rattle shim

This I know. I saw that two of the four piston dust covers were split and I suspect there will be some corrosion in there. For now they are moving and I could back them off with a bar no probs. given them a good dose of brake cleaner. Next job will be to replace the dust covers, remove pistons and c...

Ate caliper anti rattle shim

Did a mini service on front calipers today as the pistons were sticking. Noticed that front driver side was missing the anti rattle. Shims. Anyone know where I can get replacements?

A pillar plastic trim replacement

One of my a pillar trims has snapped. Anyone know if there is something out their other than the original replacement that fits. I have recently found out that pug 206 door seals are a good replacement and wondered if anyone knew of a suitable cheaper replacement for the a pillar trims?

Re: Paint Your Wagon - with a roller!

I've seen some vids of a chap in the us that advocates putting on rust oleum with "plenty" wipes. Same technique pretty mush but you wipe the stuff on. He claims no problems with orange peel whatsoever?

Anyone any experience of this?

Coleman event shelter

Does anyone know if a standard t25 fits under a Coleman event shelter. I've seen a lowered t2 under one but not a t25?

Fuel filler cap surround installation problem.

Ok so I'm pretty mechanically minded, but I'm having great difficulty installing the black fuel filler surround to the body. I can see it has tabs that line up with the notches on the body work and that the tabs have a slide on the inside to accommodate the notched bodywork. I have cleaned down the ...

Re: Paint Your Wagon - with a roller!

Second coat on. Out of interest , what is the best compound for polishing. I have some auto glym super resin polish which is a very very mild abrasive. Would this be ok?

If it's the large felt runners you refer to , just switch sides. They are interchangeable. Respray the perished outlers black and hey presto.
