Any registered Caravan dealer with workshop will check for you and give you a certificate of testing, The Westfalia I had done failed on its gas regulator pressure test, so had to obtain one from Gunzl

Any caravan or camping shop, they also do a kit for the popper bit. Front on westy is screwed directly onto fibreglass front bit, done by myself and Red Westie to stop front of thermal falling down.

I dont think its a Type3 ( fastback ) they have the beetle setup ie steering box and no power steering ?, have they sent you a RHD power steering rack for your van, remember they drive on the right same as us ???
