Re: short shift mod
Hi I have a 1990 Autohomes with a 1.9 petrol and 5 speed box. I fitted the short shift kit from Brickwerks and it works a treat. It managed to reduce the travel of the gear stick as it raises the pivot point of the stick. https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/quickshift-kit-t3.html" onclick="window...

(Recommend the DVD to anyone who is thinking of doing it as it explains everything brilliantly) Anyway, my question is has anyone painted their Hi Top a darker colour than the van body. I’m going for...

Hi all
I'm needing to replace my washer jets for the front of my van, and while i can get them new for £6 each at JK. However , is there an upgrade option that will fit and give me a better spray pattern.
Thanks
Kev

Best Bumper Paint Please
Hi I am after a little advice as to the best paint to use on my big bumpers and plastic trim. As they are a mix of metal and plastic I am after something that will be a good match colour wise between the two surfaces whist giving me good protection from the elements. I am just after them being black...

Re: Exhaust bolt stripped on head!
With regard to removing the remaining bolts I found the best thing is heat. Lots and lots of it! I've just replaced my exhaust, and was very worried about removing these studs as i've heard horror stories about it. I started by cleaning anu exposed corrosion off with a wire brush or similar then a l...

Pierburg 2e3 Rebuild
Good Evening all, I am about to order the Carb rebuild kit from Brickwerks in order to try to fix the stalling issue in my van at low revs, (i've checked fuel hoses and vacuum hosed for leaks and replaced where needed). My question is, is it a straightforward task once I get the kit, will it be fair...

Re: Rust removal
Vactan seems to be the chemical of choice on here. I've used it many times with great results, search for it on here as there are plenty of reviews for it.

Drive Away Awning Suggestions
Hi all I'm after some advice as to the best driveaway awnings for my T25 Autohome. I am after something large with either one or two inner bedrooms which still leaves a decent living area and porch. I have been looking at the pictures of the Outwell California Highway: http://www.outwell.com/en/Prod...

Re: Autohomes Split Charge Relay Fault?
Hi I also have a Kameo, though it had no leisure battery and no Zig unit. I believe these were optional extras when they were bought. Below is a link to a Zig manual, I'm not sure if this is your model, but there are other links on the T25 Autohome website. Pandp38 is correct that the relays are sit...

Re: TV help required
Thanks Shepster, yes all sorted, managed to fabricate a way to get a 22" TV into the top centre cupboard of my Auto home Kameo. I've got it mocked up with cardboard at the moment, just waiting for for the bracket to come from eBay. I'll post some pics once it comes and I've got it fitted. Chee...
