With heater controls turned to 'cold' we still get fairly warm air , not cold. We do though get very hot air when turned to hot.. . Is this normal or is Something not working properly preventing the cold air from getting through? Thanks for any help.

My girlfriend has a lovely 1987 1.9 High top T3 that is generally in great condition, though has a few annoying faults. Can anyone recommend a very T3 savvy garage in or around East Sussex? Any help very much appreciated.
