I have the same issue when the van is warm and I want to shift down to 1st. I have spoken to someone who had the same problem and apparently there was a lock nut somewhere in the gear linkage just below the engine that needed tightening. Don't know if this helps or would cause the problem, I haven't...

I've just ordered some from Rhoen bull in Germany along with some other bits.
I couldn't find any in the UK or on EBay, maybe I didn't search well enough.

As soon as you do any electrical connection in the restricted zone ie bathroom then it need to be registered, even a flex outlet...but no one would ever know, I won't tell on you

I believe as long as it's 0.6m from the shower/water source then it's in zone 3 which means it will be fine to run from a fused spur but it will have to be protected by a RCD. Can check the old regulations book tomorrow for you

Yes I believe so. The needle goes to the top of the first white line and the hot air blows in nicely. Will have to whip the van up to 60mph and see if cold air still blows through.
Am just going to hope the old stat just got stuck and they bodged it up.
