WATER CARRIER
We have the original blue water carrier in our 1983 Devon Aircooled. The wheels are still on, but the handle has gone and it's on its last legs. Has anyone found a workable solution, perhaps even with wheels (!) which will stand inside the van and take the water pump?

Hi, just seen your posts. My mechanical fuel pump is not needed as I have an electrical one fitted. I did read about filling inlet/outlet pipes, but it seems a pity to spoil an original pump! Just stripped the engine out of my 1983 Aircooled T25. A lot of the metalwork which was protecting the engine and some that was holding the exhaust system in place has rotted away.
