If dual Is the 12v electric side working? if the flue is giving out warm air but fridge not cooling, the coolant in the fridge may have leaked out.  It is also worth turning the fridge upside down for 12 or 24 hrs (seriously, don't laugh!). I'm impressed!  I've had my 1982 for approx 22 years and not had to do a tenth of the work you are doing. I did get some welding work one by others but most has been done by me.  Phosphoric acid is a good way to prevent rust and is cheaper than the commercial products if bought in 5 litre containers...

Thanks for the reply. I'm sure I got the right bushes for the year, but wonder if the anti roll bar is original. I'm going to measure the diameter again (with verniers), now the old bushes are off and I've only fitted one new one so far. Perhaps the parts people sent me the wrong year! I'll post wha...

Just replaced ARB d-bush. The old ones had a gap that was filled with a piece of rubber obviously made to complement the D-bush. The new ones have a gap but no extra piece to fill the gap. Should I insert the old gap fillers or take it for it's MOT with the gap? I did the drop-link bushes at the sam...

Just bought an emergency set of push rod seals to keep handy when the other side leaks from Brickwerks. I tend to shop around and JK are not always the cheapest. Machine 7 is also somewhere that I look.
