Do people usually put any insulation behind the board?

In my search for my first T25 i have come across one with an automatic box. I have never owned an auto so unsure how this affects, value, perfomance, insurance etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The "aged" commercial signwriting sounds a good idea. I just need to find a canvas for you to work on.

Thinking of buying a T25 panel van off E-Bay. Just wondered how much it costs to board out the back of the van. Is there anywhere in the South Yorkshire area that would do this?
