Thanks for the reply I have been looking at it today and only twigged when I tried the new fan out and saw the flap close under the air pressure. I have made a replacement flap for the missing one out of a piece of plastic with a wire across the top. Doesn't look great but seems to push closed okay....

Morning I have my heater matrix out to replace faulty fan. In the process I found one forced air flap just laying inside the housing. What purpose do these flaps serve? I can see the pivot point for the missing one are broken so replacing will not be easy. I am guessing they are just to keep bugs ou...

Yes that was the initial thought but can seem to find a battery that will fit flush and a decent Ampage. What Amp is yours?

Leisure battery location
Where do people put their leisure battery? I was looking at possibly locating it in the space behind the starter battery. Anyone got an opinion on this? Just seems like a logical place but I am sure there is something obvious that I am missing. Don't really want to locate it in the van space if I do...

Ah I am with you so just of the foam right at the edge of the panel so no foam goes over the edge or round the back. Thanks, obvious really I suppose.

I have just replaced all my door cards with new ply and covered with vinyl. I bought new genuine trim clips but they just do not hold. The vinyl that I covered them in was backed with 3 mm scrim foam so the panel ends up thicker. Anyone else had this problem and what is the fix. I have scoured the n...
