Hi,
There are two sensors on mine, both on the plastic thermostat housing. I presume one works temp and the other the pressure. Have a look to see if anything has come loose or has been knocked off. Both are two wire multi plugs and I think one is red and one is black.

Re: Leisure battery
Hi nests,
So you put the new fuse box near the van fuse box and then run one 70 amp cable to it from the leisure battery? And then separated all the accesories circuits and wired it up to this?

Re: Leisure battery
Hi, I know everything is earthed through the chassis, so I only have lives to worry about. I am presuming, as I have not checked yet, but generally, all accesories run from one fuse? Ie, radio, courtesy lights, cig lighter, clock etc? I was wondering if you think it is feasible to just run one wire ...

Hello, Firstly, I have read the wiki and searched all relevant posts and have a good idea what I need but welcome some suggestions and tips please. I am starting with a blank sheet of paper here as my van does not currently have a leisure battery or wiring, it does however have a fridge, water pump ...

Re: Bleed screw
Now fixed with a longer bolt and sealing washer. Filled rad through bleed hole so I did not have to touch the bolt too much. Seems to have worked, 30 mins run about in traffic and needle goes t 3 quarters and fan kicks in and cools down, heaters blow hot, rad is hot. Just need to check bottle levels...

Re: Bleed screw
Thanks so much for that, mine looks same rad but had a flatish, 20mm plastic screw in it with cross slots drilled in the top. I think I just need to pull rad forward and drop in a longer bolt. I presume that I cut the bolt to short to pick up on the threads successfully enough, for access with the r...

Re: Bleed screw
Hi, is that for replacing the plastic ones, I have read I think that there are metal ones and plastic ones. It's to replace a plastic one, the old one is out and I have wound in a short metal bolt. This won't tighten and needs to be longer. I am going to try a brake union bolt, the type that is holl...

Re: Split Charger for leisure battery
Sorry to jump on the thread but it saves me starting a similar one. My van only has the one battery wired in, I want to wire in a second to run the 12v when camping. The van currently has a working fridge with the usual 12v when engine running facility, hook up or gas at site. Am I right in thinking...

Radiator access
Hello, this might appear a daft question but how do I access the radiator to check the coolant hoses there and get to the bleed valve?
Cheers Neil.
