Re: Water pump for sink tap
Cheers Steve. Yes, I tested it by putting the input side into a bowl of water and it sucked really well. I’ve tried sucking ‘til I’m blue in the face but still won’t pump from the tank

Water pump for sink tap
Hi Anyone help with an issue that has been driving me crazy! My Reimo has an underslung water tank, with a pipe leading to a pump under the sink and then pipe to the sink tap. It’s been working hit or miss since we bought the van 5 years ago, so I decided to replace the old, original pump with a new...

T25 mechanic in Dorset
Hi
We will be moving to the Shaftesbury/Sturminster Newton area of Dorset at the end of the year and will need a mechanic/garage to service etc our T25.
Anyone suggest somebody in the North Dorset area who can help?
Cheers
Bill

Re: Fitting window scrapers
Thanks guys. Good quality product from VW Heritage (but 23 quid each?!) fitted as suggested in 10 minutes. Didn't use clips as seated perfectly without. Only one came off with the old scrapers anyway. However, then spent 45 minutes re-seating the bloody Dub Flectas so took me more or less an hour an...

Fitting window scrapers
Probably covered elsewhere but I'm fitting new window scrapers tomorrow. Only 3 years to get round to it!
Any tips for fitting? Is it as simple as pulling out the old ones and inserting the new?
Best with window wound down or up?
Cheers

I had a similar problem. Near side washer was loose. Sealed it, sorted it!

Correct shade of L90D Pastel white
So I've finally got round to getting rid of the ugly underseal from behind the rear bumper of my 1989 van, done a repair and sprayed it L90D. However, the paint I've got is nothing like the paint on my van. It's much more of a brilliant white whereas my van is a much creamier version. Turns out ther...

Re: Anyone used a maypole van cover?
I have a Maypole and for what it is, it's great. But to echo other replies, I've hardly used it this winter. I keep the van well waxed and let it dry naturally after rain. IMHO the best way to protect the van is to use it as much as possible all year round. Taking the bloody cover off and putting it...

Re: Newbie wanting info on a drive away awning
We've just swapped our elderly Kyham Motordome for a Kampa Air Action inflatable. Not used it yet but it's a doddle to erect and amazingly stable and rigid. Biggest issue for me with the Khyam was erecting it and then attaching to the van's awning rail and then pegging down. Not hard in good conditi...

New awning - advice needed
So we've finally decided to ditch the elderly Khyam Motordome. Any suggestions for a replacement? Needs to be decent size, robust, easy to pitch and available as a 'low' version. Being persuaded by inflatables and looking at Vango Idris and Kela but not sure which to go for. Idris is £100 cheaper an...

ULO rear light
Managed to hole the near side rear light assembly on trip to Holland.
Unfortunately it's a ULO unit which doesn't seem to be available new any more. Plenty of HELLA units from the usual suppliers but not ULO
Anyone got any ideas where I can source a second hand one?
