my 1983 komet will cruise all day at 70 mph using 28 mpg but more often than not i tend to stay at 60mph on motorways

Connection all seem ok, plus the fuel gauge is working, the alternator is not charging, does the blue wire have to energise it..?

I thought I knew every thing about my 1983 petrol every thing was working ok until today, I started her up to give the engine a bit of a run, I noticed that the red charging light did not light up when I turned the ign on, neither did the oil pressure light come on.I tried the indicators they worked...

I have an 83 high top auto home, but suspect it may have a later engine, it is petrol water cooled, and has two wires one to a oil pressure switch between the push rods and the other wire going down behind the alternator belt,I have replaced the switch between the push rods and now have the oil warn...

My brakes are really good on my 1983 T25 Dolly, but the hand brake is not as good as it could be, so I have decided that each week I will remove a wheel and brake drum, check and adjust that brake, and then clean under the arches and spray waxol, now after a month all four wheels have had attention,...
