Need help setting up gear linkage
Been trying to setup by gear linkage but can't get it quite right. Have followed the thread on Wiki but need an expert to get it right. Does anyone know of a T25 specialist in the Sussex/Surrey area who they could recommend.

Auto electrician wanted for a subaru conversion in Sussex
Hi
I'm in need of a good auto electrician in the Sussex area to sort out the wiring on my EJ25 conversion, have some intermittent faults that is past my limited knowledge. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it, thanks people

Handbrake warning lamp
Can't get my handbrake warning light to work, have pulled the assembly from the dash pod and cleaned the contacts, tested the circuit where the bulb sits with a 2 volt battery and the lamp does work. I know the light should come in with the handbrake on but no joy at the mo. Checked fuse 18 which I ...

Re: Detent spring
Thanks so far, me and a mate also own a Karmann Gipsy and I had a quick look today at the way the shift works within the cradle, couldn't see the detent ball or spring in end of the stick at all? Sorry to the experts on this one but unsure how this works, so the plunger has a tapered end which the b...

Detent spring
Ok so I lost the detent ball and spring whilst rebuilding the gear linkage, well I presume I did or it was never there, not sure. Been following the wiki on the linkage rebuild and ordered a new detent ball from brickwerks but I have no spring. Searched usual VW sites but can't find a spring anywher...

Re: Best place to purchase brake parts, disc pads etc
Brickwerks is always my first port of call for most bits, JK parts are not so good had some real poor stuff from them. Do check out euro parts as some bits are dead cheap and good quality.

Re: Radius arm stuck
Looks pretty common, lucky other side is ok. Thanks for the link, would be great if someone sold a repair section for this. Unfortunately no access to a welder at the mo, thinking cap is on!
Cheers

Re: Radius arm stuck
Done done done, thank god for that. Cut the arm and threaded a two bolts together really tight, plenty more heat and she gave in. Thought it was going to need drilling. Unfortunately there's now a elongated hole where the bushes go, the tube spacer has worn right through and also worn the arm, order...

Radius arm stuck
Thought I'd treat myself to some new ploy bushes for the radius arms for my late T25 crewcab, knew it might be a mission to get the rods out but the first one was ok, soaked them in penetrating spray before, plentiful heat and to my relief the first one came out no worries. However the second one wo...

Re: subaru conversion fuel pump????
Hi
Been searching the forum for a few bits and came across your thread, I also have a very annoying and loud fuel pump and need to replace my filter. Would you know which items you bought?
Many thanks
James

Re: One man photo guide to removing a late Petrol van gearbox.
Nice post, wish I'd seen it a couple of months ago, just put my box back in today. What a mission..... Whilst it was out I replaced all CV joints, heating pipes as they looked corroded, new bottom rubbers for the suspension springs, new clutch fork (was broken, reason for box out) new slave cylinder...
