Hi, can anybody please tell me the torque setting of the sump bolts that fix the sump onto the block, standard aaz conversion from a jx, also torque setting on the two bolts which bolt to gearbox housing, thanks dave

hi, on with my aaz conversion, and with using the aaz inlet manifold have now found the air box will not fit where it was previously, have read on the forum it is possible to relocate behind the left rear light? so just need advise in which way this is set up, is there any modification needed? thank...

Hi - can anybody tell me if it is ok to use the JX Flywheel and backplate on the conversion or do I have to use the original on AAZ Flywheel and backplate. Many thanks

Hi. I'm in the middle of converting my destroyed 1.6TD to a AAZ. On removal of the exhaust manifold of the AAZ, the end port, nearest the fly wheel was blanked off. Can any please tell me the reason for this. The donor engine was out of a 1996 Passat. Thanks.

hi, just converting my destroyed 1.6td in my t25 to a aaz, i am proposing to use my 1.6td inlet and exhaust and turbo. i have read on forums to use the aaz inlet and turbo but adjustments are needed to exhaust. so need to know if all three off jx are fine to use, thanks dave.
