Thanks for your replies. My turbo has in fact gone off to be rebuilt and hybrid so that it will work better with my engine. Looking forward to getting it back.

The turbo has gone on my bus. The one that was on was the old one from the old 1.6td but the engine is now a 1.9td which I replaced 5 years ago.
Do I have to fit the same turbo or can I fit a new one for a 1.9td. ??

The reason why is that my family is growing by 2 and am looking at buying a trailer to tow. My 1.9 is ok on the flat but not very good on the hills. As mine is a 1987 Syncro and the original engine was a 1.6td it has the 4 speed gear box. I have been told that this can't be changed !! If this is inc...

At present I have a AAZ 1.9td but am looking for something a little bigger.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a decent 3way fridge for my camper. I have an Electrolux at the moment but looking for a newer one as mine has seen better days. It has to have a freezer compartment, and the same size as my old one.

Morning all. I will be looking to have my syncro repainted at the end of the season. It was done last year but they painted it ford frozen white !! Why I have no idea.
Should I go back to pastel white or go for something different ???????????

I have a t25 syncro 1.6td I have just brought a 1.9td aaz engine out of a golf mk3. I have been to see a guy about changing it over and he is asking do I need to change the clutch to the 1.9 ??!! I'm new to all this, so I'm looking for some advise from anyone who has made the change. What do I need ...

I have just brought a golf 1.9tdi aaz engine for my T25.
Is this a big job to fit ? And how much would it cost for someone to fit ?
