It is indeed part of the auto choke . So main symptoms are that it won't idle at cold but when it does its pretty irratic but is fine after 5 mins once warmed up. Cheers for the replies peeps. Thinking of sending it off to have it rebuilt. Apparently there is a plastic bit on it that has snapped so not sure a refurb kit would do the trick!? Anyone know any companies that rebuild?

Hi all, new to here as I have owned my t25 for 2 weeks. I have been told it needs a new carb but am struggling to find one, it's a pierburg 2e. I was wondering if all pierburg 2e the same? For example, would one off of a 1.3 polo work in my van?
