Coolant levels after 1.9 1y conversion

Hi, I've had the original 1.6d engine replaced to a 1.9 1y the header tank is full to the brim, however very little water in the expansion tank. could anyone tell me if the expansion tank still needs to be filled to the full mark.many thanks

i have saab seats in mine very comfy, pretty easy to fit. if your lucky you can still pick them up cheap on ebay got mine for 35 quid. half leather lovely!!

thanks for your reply, its a real pain to try and sort this problem out as its an intermittent problem. the lights where on at all times when i last used the van so i had to take out the fuse. so today i thought id check to see if the brake pedal goes up, however after putting the fuse back in the l...

thanks for the reply, yes when they get stuck on, its when im driving as well as when ive parked up, ignition on or off. im sure it must be a wiring issue but havent found the problem as of yet!!

rear brake lights

hi all, just wondering if anyone has had the same problem i m experiencing. my rear brake lights seem to stay on even when the ignition is off, however this doesn't always happen, some days they work as normal. any help on solving this problem would be much appreciated. thanks

I have used my runners,I ran a suitable size nut 'through' the runner and made small plates and bolted them up to the runners then drilled the 'plates' the accept the runners from the saab seats,my saab seats were wider at the back that the front,been on for about three years now,are yours electric...

hi, wish i was, working this weekend unfortunately.
i was hoping i wouldnt have to remove the old runners and use some sort of bracket system

many thanks, found them now, however still when disconnected lights still on, so must be a wire issue? ps sorry for hijacking this post!!
