All good stuff, it seems that it is what it is. Thankyou all for comments and photos, i feel reassured that there is nothing technically missing apparently. Here's hoping it was a one off drama. :0)

Accelerator pedal - is 'rod' supposed to be easily removable
Firstly please excuse non techno lingo.... I have a T 25, automatic air cooled. The rod (?) that connects from the underside of the accelerator pedal through the floor seems to be easily removable... Is that how it is supposed to be? It's just that it came adrift in a traffic queue on Friday, we ass...

Re: Fixing rear seat cushions.
Whilst I have 2 brand new expert fitted 3 pointer belts I think I will beef up the cushion fixing, the current Velcro might be 33 years old after all, and I'm keen to keep my nippers safe. Thanks for all your comments/ advice. :0)

Re: Fixing rear seat cushions.
From what I understand it is possible that in a crash the seat cushion can become detached and shoot forward pulling the passenger with it. Something to do with the down and forward force. The cushion covering websites all seem to have disclaimers. I agree that the Velcro seems secure but I'm not a ...

Fixing rear seat cushions.
I'm about to attempt to make new cushions for my R and R bed, I know that the Velcro that attaches the current ones is not safe if I use them as proper seats with belts etc - how do you all attach yours?

How to fix holes in interior?
My bus has numerous holes left in its interior bodywork. What is the best or easiest way to disguise them? See picture for example.

Re: seats
So, SBS man says: belt for buddy seat would come from same almost same place as passenger belt. Mine has a fixing point already (is the cream coloured circle with the cross in the 1st picture) and you just need to make sure that when you fix the buddy seat you leave enough room for the reel housing ...

What paint to touch up boot tray ...
I've repaired the corners of my original boot tray (if that's what it's called) now need to paint the p38 filler to kind of match the brown of the tray...I know it won't be perfect and I don't want to have to prep and paint the whole thing. What paint shall I use? http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/14/...

Garage recommendation high Wycombe / Beaconsfield area?
I need to find a local garage with T25 knowledge. Had a dodgy experience recently at a garage near-by and don't want to repeat the experience.
