Re: Bristol/SW garage recommendation for T25 water cooled petrol

I would heartily recommend Jeff's shack in Bristol.

Re: Mazda bongo

About Seven years ago i used to own a Mazda Bongo Friendee. They are a different beast to the T25. Good - Mod Cons, Elect windows, power steering, tinted windows, electric roof - Lots of storage under the seats and fitted a roof rack. - Chop and change seat layouts easily by removing or rotating them...

Fridge Door Design

Hi all, I have a 1983 original faux wood/vinyl interior that's in need of repainting or covering. I have some ideas but wondering what others have done with their fridge door. Mine is an Electrolux rm212f and i am thinking of adding a vinyl print design over the top, probably a British Union Jack pr...

rm212f fridge not working on hookup

Hi all, I have an electrolux rm212f fridge which works on gas and battery (tested on a long drive last week) but not on electric hook up. I suspect it is the heating element but want to know if there is anything else i should be checking first? I have a cf8 ZIg Unit which appears to work and 3point ...

I bought the wrong hubcaps?

I bought some chrome hubcaps on ebay over the winter. They were said to come off an old Beetle and i presumed that they would fit the t25 onto the standard 14 inch steelies. They are heavy and good quality but when I tried to fit them at the weekend (finally found some time) they don't fit. They loo...

Re: Missing 4th cyclinder exhaust flange

Thank you for all your replies they were very helpful. I think Big herb called it right. It enabled me to explain the problem to a a local garage. I took it to Jeff's Shack in Bristol and Jeff himself has just told me he managed to drill out the studs and replace the exhaust flange gasket without re...

Re: Some electrical draw measurements..

Very interesting reading. Mine has a Sony xplod and it killed the old battery before I realised that taking the front plate off stopped the draw - oh and removing the iPod from the connector too [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

Missing 4th cyclinder exhaust flange

Hi there, I bought my t25 almost a year ago and in that time i've had no problems but i have a slight engine backfire when i step off the accelerator and let the engine brake. I took it to a specialist garage and they said its a missing 4th cylinder exhaust flange and showed me where it should be. T...

Re: leisure battery

I just bought one of these to replace my main battery and its a perfect fit.
I am presuming the space under the passenger seat is the same size as the one under the drivers seat?

Re: Fridge

These things always happen before holidays. Has it definitely given up the ghost on battery, mains and gas? I would go for the solar panel and coolbox option as you dont need to cool it over night anyway. Put in some of those blue freezer brick things (or some frozen bottles of water) and stick it o...

Re: Rooflight Installation

Really keen to hear how you get on with this as i am looking to fit one in mine very soon. My high top has no window or skylights and it gets pretty hot in there at the moment. I have seen the posts about Sikaflex 512 which ive now purchased but like yourself i haven't picked up the courage to order...

Re: Quick seat question

I havent yet. :-) But currently looking at the one Lenny84 is selling on the For Sale Section of the forum.
Turns out they came from the t25 seats with a headrest so they should fit mine fine.
They look way better than my 20yr old dirty beige front seats :-)

Quick seat question

Hi, I have original seats in my t25 that have a headrest (no arms). However i have found some seat covers that are for a T25 that doesnt have headrests, Does anyone know are these seats the same dimensions and wether they will fit if i simply cut a hole in the tops for the poles of the headrest? For...
