I thought that too, but the garage said the metal was too poor quality to weld. At £71 for a new un, I'd rather go the second hand route!

Folks,

I have a 1.9 DG with a snapped gear stick (halfway up the shaft)! Am I correct in thinking all gearsticks are the same? If so, any ideas where I should go for a second hand one?

A gear linkage kit would be ace, but I can't seem to find one (or more accurately don't know where to look!)

Hi Folks, My gearshift seems to have gone a bit sloppy recently. Whereas I could once change gear without sandwiching my fingers between gearstick and dashboard, now I no longer can! :? Anyone fitted these to their bus? Fancied doing something a bit different, but not sure if they'd do the job.
