Good morning everyone. My engine is 1.6d. Could somebody help me identify what this tiny pipe is and what its supposed to be attached too? Seems to spit diesil out when I rev the engine. Thank you

Hi everyone. I'm in need of some advice. My van wouldn't start so i jump started it.. it worked fine on a run around apart from the cd player did not work. When i tried to start it again it wouldn't start and a buzzer went off. Any advice would help. Thanks.
