Heater cables

does anyone know if the 3 cables that operate the heater controls are the same length,my control for screen or cab has never worked properly an the cable looks to short. maybe at some time it had snapped and the wrong one used to fix it or it has been bodged with the brocken one

mine used to do it then it would'nt start at all when i was in the middle of the new forest so i had to get a new one and it starts first time every time :ok

This one has a bracket that is pushed against the gutter when you do the screws up. The screws do'nt touch the bodt at all

help needed

Help needed.I've just got a thunderpole ss gutter mount aerail ca'nt figer out which part is suposed to make a good earth is it the v shapped bracket? if so do i have to remove some paint to make a good conection. the basic gutter mount uses 2 grub screws that bit into the metal.

Thanks for that Mocki, You have answered my next 5 questions that I was about to post. Just one thing do you just put the coax between door and body or do you drill a hole. sorry for stupid question but i am a complete novice and don't want to put holes in my van if i don't have to.

what sort of aerial would be better for a high top an orbitor that is 1.55 m or a mini orbitor that is 0.89 or can you sugest any other.

i had the same problem,mine was slight damp and corrosion on the main multi conector that feeds all the electrics in the dash. the light and the buzzer conections are next to each other,i think it waspositions 5 and 6, i cleaned them up and have not had a prob since
