:ok Think I've got this sorted now thanks guys, for some reason the clocks I have don't appear to match the wiring harness, the left over wires appear to be for a rev counter and oxygen sensor so I either just leave them out or get the right clocks to match the harness (That should be fun as they do...

Hi guys, Bluebell: yes your spot on, that's because I burnt it out yesterday so I'm going to have to try and effect a repair again (Doh!) I'm not sure about the voltage regulator only just got the van so I don't think it's been replaced but not sure, any ideas on how I can confirm this? Midlifecrisi...

One more thing I forgot to mention that is NOT in the picture there is another wire GREEN in colour (you can see it just behind the others)?
