Re: Leisure battery under seat
Can confirm the battery fits snugly - without the need from 'wedging' or even clamping. However the polarity was reversed from the 75amp one I removed. Which means the positive terminal is mega close to the battery box edge so you need to be careful not to short I lined the edges with rubber block a...

What's wired to your Lesuire battery?
Howdy, I have dometic fridge, lighting, aux cig port, tap water pump AND stereo head unit connected. The first four items are obvious but Since I bought it I have wondered if this normal to have the head unit wired as well? My concern is as multiple daily short journeys (4-8 miles or so) - would thi...

Re: Leisure battery under seat
Just found the wiki page on the dimensions and as you say it should fit. :) Agree the claims made are difficult to prove (or disprove). I guess a 80 or 90ah beast is what is was expecting to get and an improvement to the knackered 60ah battery rattling around under the drivers seat. I will measure u...

Zig-a-zig arrrr
Hi i have a zig type control panel with integral charger, there is no model number on it, but it has a ABI Caravans logo on it. ABI build caravans, so clearly they don't actually manufacture these units. Trying to track down the manual for it if anyone has one like this fitted.?? thanks in advance R...

Re: Coolant level sensor (or lack of one)
The LED flashes for 6 seconds or so when ignition is on, but then goes out as it should.
The plug doesn't have the sensor fitted just the bare black plug.
I will post a photo tomorrow, just incase it's a plug for something else .
Cheers

Coolant level sensor (or lack of one)
Howdy, Recently had a situation with the temp gauge just slightly to the right of the flashing LED, but its always been consistently been to left of the LED over the last 4000 miles or so. After a quick Sherlock Holmes  - I found there was a split in the pipe connecting the top-up and the head...
