I have that as I change down, was advised its nothing to worry about as long as I don't drive it like a drag car! It's actually started to disappear after a couple of oil changes and smooth driving.

Hello All, In my van when I bought it I noticed that the previous owner must have had an issue with the fan. This is interesting as I have a similar issue, my van used to run at 12 oclock and now runs closer to 2 oclock when warm.
