My engine has been using a bit of coolant for years and I could not figure out where the loss was coming from until I discovered the heater under the rear seat was leaking. There is a O-ring on the shut off valve, mine was leaking from there and going under the flo...

Campervanculture are also selling steel wheels to replace the originally supplied Mefro versions, maybe worth a look?

I don't have a spot welder so that's lots of puddle welds for me then!

When you say bond do you mean panel bond?
How are they originally joined at the bottom?

Re: Front lower panel rust repair
Thanks for your reply David.
I will have cut the left and right side seam joint with an angle grinder but how would I rejoin the new panel there?
I am assuming it was spot welded from the inside at factory?

Front lower panel rust repair
I have noticed significant rust at the lower edge of the front panel where it joins to the top of the deformation panel. Generally what is the best method of repair, is it to replace the complete lower front panel? For the top of the deformation panel, if rust has gone all the way through, would fab...

Syncropendence 2023
This year was truly an adventure. The weather made for a very challenging environment, picking the right line crucial. There was lots of failed ascents and interesting descents! A smaller turn out this year; I feel this only helped create a closer group. On the Saturday there was a full days driving...

Re: Huge thanx for SP
What a great weekend, thanks to everyone who helped organise and plan the activities. John Lucus, thanks for coming to the recuse and cutting away the Oak tree so we could simple drive out of a tight spot! The new area was excellent and really opens the vastness of the area we have to explore. Hope...
