All this is kinda like asking your girlfriend if she" came "too....mildly interesting but mostly irrelevant at this point . Well I did ask your girlfriend and she said Ohhhhhh YESSSSSSS she REALLLLLY did like never before ...... :rofl :rofl :ok She said you thought these things were 'mild...
Well the sun is shining and we're all feeling much better ..so much so the Brakes have now decided that their not broken after all and the Anti LOCK braking system light is now going out .
So Toomanytoys suggestion is the most plausible .
Anti braking system ... :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl Its Anti-lock Breaking System :D Whatever smartarse you know what I mean . Anyone got experience with it . Could it be simple brake wear , or am I looking at replacing sensors etc. Can't hear anymore what I believe to be the motor for it kicking...
So having found a suitable aaz ( Driving, but 173 on the clock )thinking about rebuilding it
Has anyone a spec of what I should be doing to it to get some more performance out of it
Overboring etc, also saw somewhere about using a tdi crank
Suggestions please
Thanks, thats more or less what I figured . Its interesting to know though that someone gave it a go . Now that IS effort after looking at that it puts the 1.9 theory even further in the lead
I can't have this bus living on axle stands for a couple of years
So who's the mystery man with the "affordable" tdi then?

You're more than welcome to the engine when it comes out Btw remember someone mentioning somethng about someone s...
From what I read here most people seem to think their not worth the effort. The proposed victim is a 16' syncro crewcab ,with a gutless petrol . I'd settle for a cheap (ish)100 bhp and some torque not fussy !. At the moment a 1.9t is in the lead but don't mind thinking outside of the box a bit. Not ...
