Re: RM212 fridge re-ignitor
Hi, I thought that my fridge had a problem with the re-ignitor but it turned out the connections on the switch were corroded. It might be worth giving these a check first.

Re: 1990 Autosleeper table
Hi
Although this is fairly expensive this leg could probably be easily retrofitted to the table and floor of the van

Re: Centre rear seatbelt fitting
Hi I used http://www.safetybeltservices.co.uk/ to make up a seat belt for me, I believe they make the ones that Brickwerk sale. They make them up to any measurements. They didn't provide the mounting points which I got separately, I think form Ebay.

Re: Baby car seat in the van
I tired to go down the ford focus isofix route but it didn't work for two reasons. 1st I have a rusty lee bed and the seat fold was too far form the bulkhead for it work 2nd the height of the seat meant the isofix base leg would not reach the floor. In the end we went down the brickwerks kit rout...

Re: Gearbox problem- Molyslip rubber tubing in gearbox
So after running the van for about 100 miles I changed the oil again and flushed it out with about 1 litre. It did look like there were bits of the tubing in the old oil, but impossible to tell if it all came out. I didn't notice any change in the van when driving. Thanks again everyone for the help...

coolant pressurization pump / bleed kit
I was just wondering if anyone has ever used one of these before? Or adapted a compressor/bike pump or similar? https://campervanculture.com/shop/vw-t25-t3-vanagon-gowesty-cooling-system-pressurisation-pump-kit/ Looks like there are various home made things here: https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/vi...

Re: Exhaust
For reasons I can't remember, the general advice I seem to think is not to use stainless exhaust studs
Does anyone no the reason/s for not using stainless exhaust studs?
Thanks again for all your help and advice.

Re: Gearbox problem- Molyslip rubber tubing in gearbox
I had a go at filling it and draining and having a look with an old coat hanger but didn't find anything. I plan on running it for about 100 miles then changing the oil again. Will let you know if I find anything.
Thanks again for your help.
