I've just done the conversion from 1.6d to 1.9 1y, the only problem I'm having is the alternator belt, To begin with I tried the 1.6 water pump a and alternator But it wouldn't align up so after using the origional 1.9 stuff, I realised the belts I've tried don't fit, and now I realise why, the belt...
