Iv been looking for the same... Iv been told about phoenixtrim.co.uk but haven't had chance to look yet!

Hi We have just had the same issue only weren't aware of it and the hole in the floor... Caused by it! Anyway we took it to a guy for some welding and he pumped some sort of sealant into/under the seal itself and you could see the water being forced out. Well after several days of rain.... No leaks!...
