Plastic impeller broke
Hello all, My water pump disintegrated the other day, and the impeller broke apart while it was being driven. Luckily it had just got home and while it was hot it did not seem to overheat I am told, but that remains to be seen. Most of the impeller I can piece together but a few shards are still in ...

Re: Engine hatch cutting
Cheers MRhutch,
So AAZ`s are as rare as hens teeth, what is a more available engine popular engine ?
I was thinking AAZ because of no ECU.

Engine hatch cutting
Hello all, Stupid questions follow... I hear that if you install an AAZ into t25 the you have to cut the engine hatch. Can the engine mounts not have spacers fitted to prevent having to do this ? Also if I can find an AAZ I want to bolt it an auto box does anyone have any tips or info on this. Cheer...

Re: Big tyres on small rims...
Cool, Will have a look for the Grabbers.
Still looking at the german ebay for 15" rims too just in case, there's much more choice for 15 inchers.
How do you tell you`ve got the right the load rating on the Merc steelees ?

Re: Wheel bearing welded to stub axel.
Hello all, OK put it all back together after a long slog, filing away metal in threads and using some bearing retailer, that steering knuckle won`t survive another beating. Had some cider now to celebrate finishing the job so can`t make much sense. Will post results soon, how do you upload pics usua...

Re: Wheel bearing welded to stub axel.
Thanks David,
what do you think about the bluing could it have softened the metal in any way that could cause breakage ?
Probably being paranoid here but do they snap ?

Wheel bearing welded to stub axel.
Good afternoon all, I would like your opinions if possible please. Whilst driving to work the other day on the M27, suddenly noticed a strange squealing sound like when a piece of metal is being turned in a lathe. Then the steering went a little wobbly and it felt like the brake was being applied. T...

Re: Hydro engine mounts are they worth the trouble
Hello Pugvan, I asked the same question and as you I have had no replies. Replaced my engine 1.6jx for a 1.9 1y and put in new mounts. The vibration at tick over is real bad, if i loosen the engine mounts a bit so it can shift around the vibration is better, so I am assuming that hydro mounts may he...
