Not sure of the actuall law but I figure I have a better chance at benefit
of the doubt if I'm not just driving along.
A cop might figure I'm driving around with no tax or DOE the whole time.
But if I'm being towed it's different, as who would do that to get around?

Bank holidays, here in Ireland, means more cops out and about as the accident rate goes up on the roads here. Not inclined to chance it 'cos it doesn't have a DOE ( MOT ) either.
