Symptoms are drastic over heating, water doesn't seem to be going from chamber behind the cat flap to the upper chamber on the right of the engine bay. Thanks, I have already found issues with the manifold head bolts. Haha, a few choice words were invented. I will keep looking. Don't seem to be able to get hold of a manual for this engine. Always the td one I seem to find or the petrol.

Hi guys,first time post .just bought my first t25 after t4,s and t5,s,hmmmm a sensible move? Lol . Anyway my van is overheating we think its either the water pump or the Dalek head on expansion tank ,anybody know of any other likely culprits.thanks guys
