doc.G60 - funny you should mention that, mine was missing the shim/washer. I solved the problem by doubling up on the seals (using the new one on the bottom, and the dried up crispy old one on top). Thanks for the reassurance that it was a good idea!

I've been leaking fuel from my JX engine's LDA. I have replaced the seal where the 'lever' enters the unit, but fuel still pours through.
Any ideas? Also is there anywhere that describes how the LDA works - I'm trying to understand how the how thing works and is adjusted. Thanks.

Indeed the fridge can accept 12-24 volts, but my understanding is that when mains voltage is used (separate input) that it is stepped down internally to run on 24 volts; and the fridge works just fine this way. To get me out the crisis I have been using my power inverter to run the fridge off mains voltage but this seems to be pretty inefficient so hopefully running through a 24v converter will improve...

Can you still get the 'map light' (if that's the right description) that sits above the glove box. I've got one, but it fall out all the time and more often than not shorts-out the electrics when put back in.
