Re: New User (with questions!)

No advice on who to see around London, but I think that gear thing can be quite common in these old vans, I can't get ours into reverse at all, which is a bit of a problem for me, but my partner can. Ebay can be double edged sword with vehicles as we bought Dora a couple of years ago from there and ...

Re: Paint Your Wagon - with a roller!

[quote="beccalou72] Nice colour, did you paint the whole thing, if so how much paint did you need? Thanks To be honest I can't recall the total amount. A 2.5 litre tin certainly did most of it but I do recall buying an extra litre at some point. We did it more or less a panel at a time, with s...

Re: Paint Your Wagon - with a roller!

My van started life in slate blue but was converted as a new van to a mini-bus by Devon, who painted it a dark maroon. I bought it about 8 years ago and converted it to a basic camper but wasn’t sure what to do about the bodywork. Then I discovered this thread and set about replacing various bits o...

paintshop norfolk

Has anyone any recommendation for a paintshop/bodywork shop in Norfolk.

Sigh, paint and roof need redoing.

Thank you.

Re: No rear seats or belts etc will it affect MOT

Last year ours had no interior at all except for front seats and belts. She passed. Good luck.

I'm going to use magnets in mine too, they are in the bottom seam.

Presumably so they don't slide forwards at all.

Thinking well use a board and secure it to the metal base with screws?

Fixing cushions to Rock and Roll bed

How do you fix them so they don't move. I know it's an MOT failure if they aren't fixed.

We have a metal frame.

slider hinge seal

Hi,

Please could anyone tell me where we could get the seal for the slider hinge (the bit that goes into the door as opposed to the actual sliding part).

TIA.

Re: Anyone know if I can get blanks for this. (pic inc)

Ok thanks you all.

We have an early poptop Kamper and they are above the slider and over the units. There are 4 this size and 2 a bit smaller.

The two rectangle holes above the window. I don't know what they are for or how they were covered before, but we'd like blanks to put in them.

Does anyone know if I can get any.

Thanks in advance.
