hi guys little question which grade paper to rub down old paintwork I have bought 400 and 800 is the 800 to fine for first coat? many thanks in advance

wow nice job my bus comes back from the medics after three months of resto work ,when she gets home next week I am going to start prep on her paint work hope it looks as good as yours
