Got my foam from these guys. Delighted with it and had many a comfortable night on their product. I went with the high density foam at around 80mm.

Re: Rock and Roll bed fitting
I used JK hinges. Like CovKid I worked through trial and error. Once happy, I constructed the base and attached this to the floor and the bulkhead. My van being ex bundeswehr had mounting strips on the floor and on the bulkhead.

Got the firm foam from these lads, very happy with it. I'm sure there would be something similar for british market.

Only ever had one awning, it was the motordome tourer. Quick to put up and good quality.

Re: Rear Louver Window Cover
I might be wrong but one would think that there would be a market for these. Not only looking the part, they would ease the greenhouse effect during the summer months. Maybe the lads at CVC might see a business opportunity to remanufacture these.

Land Rover are buying back Series 1 vehicles and restoring them, eventually selling them as factory fresh. Seen it on a newspaper over here. They have actually started re manufacturing parts in support of this.

I also have a Motordome, and I have to say it was one of the best buys I made for the van. Excellent and worth every cent.
