It will only run after the engine is switched off to bring the temperature down. Also think it ticks over once or twice on the starter motor when you fire up the engine also, but only to prevent it seizing. D

Thanks for the offer , we're all fulled up now hopefully last us a good while. Definitely going to investigate and see what I can get to fit in the way of a refillable propane - its the way forward I reckon -

Nice to see the roof on top of a van (and not as the view out of the kitchen window ). perished breather pipes is what enhanced the aroma on our van. Had em all out and replaced the lot. Saves going back.

Just done mine for the 1st time, using Wiki as a guide. It's pretty simple really, ( I managed it) I'd give it 2 out of 5 spanners It took 2/3 hours all going well and as you've guessed a fair bit of that on your back on your favourite bit of carpet.

couple of coats of Johnson roof seal paint in your gutters, mask a line first then just paint away. Cured my gutter woes, ( now just for the windscreen / front end / quarter light leaks)
