Well I'm feeling slightly better as 10 peeps have read my post and nobody's replied...

So there's 10 peeps and me that don't know where it is so far on 80/90.. .

Hello All.... I've just got my Westy back on the road after 3 years in 'hibernation' It started first turn of the key when I put a battery on it (and always has) after the glowplug light has gone out ... But when I collected it from the MOT station today it struggled to start and has continued to do...

Hi Covkid... Thanks for the info Spoke to Lawsons,they said they need the RAL code... L90D Pastel white means nothing to them Ive come up against this before... I contacted Combicolor in Manchester recently and they said that VW would not release the 'trade' paint code and that they could only help ...

Oops ive just found out that its 78 bhp ,its in the fahrzeugbrief, 57kw :oops: ...Just Kampers list an exhaust for a 1.9 watercooled engine from 1983/85 maybe this is the one??

Kev the Rev its definately a petrol engine,and it is 1888cc i think they made them from 1983/85 its a DH engine code...Ive been to GSF,they havent got a clue..computer says not DH engine code...gave em chassis number as well!...has anyone else sourced an exhaust for this engine??
