Every time I want to change gears, the gearbox makes a scraping noise like I haven't got it correctly in gear and when I'm waiting for a traffic light and have the clutch all pressed in nicely, it feels like the van wants to drive off and the scraping noise is back even when I've put it in neutral. ...

A while back Poshbuggers had side steps, I re call now, but their site doesn't work anymore. It was a proper big side step, must have been about 10" wide. looked really cool.

Yeah I know what they look like, my brother's got one on his split, looks the dogs danglies.
But that's what you get when you've got a kid and might need to move house soon.... money goes to other things....

Is there a side step (LHD, well doesn't reall matter now does it) for the T25? I know there are side bars but I would like a proper side step.
