Well, Ill do as you say and track these sensors down and test them. Will let you know what happens tomorrow. Its about 4PM here in sunny Hawaii so will respond in about 16 hours or so. Talk to ya then.

Westy.Club.Joker Yeap, its and 84' vanagon. So it has a white wire and possible a brown one. Any idea where in the engine compartment to look and what the sensor looks like?? I hope your right. Should I think about reposting this thread so that the people that know this system will look at it again and not think that this traffic is from us working out the problem. What is the best method for getting responces??
