depends on which way round it is too, if 2 inch high then can get a tighter radius that if 2 inch wide

carfully drill only the heads off the screws remover the sky light then using mole grips turn the remaining screw thread out69gp225 wrote:Thanks for the help.

512 is good gear I would remove the Roof light clean every last drop of old sealant off it and then refit as you have put. Suggest you mask off the surronding are as 512 is a bugger to get off!

Well the opinion that value will be effected is bull! I got more selling mine because of its subaru engine, that delivers better smoother power, much more reliable. much better economy. original may be better but only if its a desirable model to start with!

I converted my van back in 2004, best thing i ever did sooooooo much more reliable much better fuel economy! never had a major problem with the engine for 13 years! tho did wreck a gear box but that was down to a spigot bearing breaking up!

I have had vans and cars for repairs then had been welded and the ecu blown, battery hadnt been disconnected. You can buy a surge protector that goes across the battery and stops any damage, I have one and they work well, mine has a warning led on it to show if there was a spike and its often illum...

If they want your van, simple ist gone, I can load up a van onto a low loader in about 5 mins max. Ive been and got cars loaded them with alarms blaring away and no one questioned me! And no it dont matter if there in gear/ Hand brak on, steering all the way to one side etc, dollys under the wheels ...
