Fuel pipes is only one of the possible causes of the smell the other unfortunately is the petrol tank which has a tendency to harbour water on top. This in time rots the tank from the outside. As a result when filled with petrol produces the strong smell. I would strongly suggest you check this soon...

Can anyone help with the decision of which blown air heater to fit and what model? There is a choice between Eberspacher and Propex I believe.

Where would be the best place to fit it?
